River Valley
The River Valley property is located in Dana Township and in the southwest corner of Pardo Township, about 20 road km northwest of the village of River Valley and about 65 km northeast of the City of Sudbury in a Mining District with a 100 year history of production. Fiedmont PGM Property
The Fiedmont Property consists of 84 claims totaling 3456 ha located approximately 30 km north of Val d'Or, Quebec, and approximately 360 km northwest of Ottawa, Ontario (Map 1). Val d'Or is a vibrant community with a long history of mining in the area. The "Valley of Gold" has seen significant mining operations dating back to the opening of the Sullivan Mine in 1911, and the town has played a major role in the development of the Quebec mining industry for almost a century. Harry Barr - President and CEO
Mr. Barr has been the President, CEO and Director of Pacific North West Capital Corp. since its incorporation in May 1996. Mr. Barr is the founder of the International Metals Group and has been involved in the mining industry for over 30 years and has an extensive background in mineral exploration, business management, corporate finance, and marketing.
Dr. Jon Findlay, Ph.D. P.Geo. - Vice President Exploration
Mr. Findlay,brings with him 20 years of industry experience, primarily focused on Copper-Nickel-Platinum Group Metal deposits in mafic and ultramafic rocks. Dr. Findlay has worked on over such thirty projects, in geographically diverse areas including Canada, USA, Brazil, India and South Africa. Dr. Findlay's experience includes senior exploration roles with Anglo American Base Metals Exploration, as well as numerous junior exploration companies, including Freewest Resources, Canamera Geological Ltd. New Millenium Metals, Mustang Minerals, and most recently, Beartooth Platinum Corp. Dr. Findlay is a specialist in Platinum Group Metals and Nickel, and his knowledge will be a core asset to Pacific North West Capital Corp.
Dr. Greg Myers, Ph.D., P.Geo. - Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Myers, has 25 years of experience in the base and precious metal resource industry ranging from grass-roots exploration to mine production. Dr. Myers is a recognized expert in the assessment and evaluation of base and precious metal systems and has enjoyed a distinguished career that has been both field and research oriented. Dr Myers has designed and implemented several successful exploration and mine feasibility programs in Mexico, Peru, and North America working for several companies including BHP Billiton, Phelps Dodge, Kennecott, Newmont, and several junior companies. During his career he has been involved with the discovery of three gold mines and the significant resource expansion at several gold and copper mine properties in Alaska, Nevada, New Mexico, Mexico, and Peru. Dr. Myers has served as President, CEO, COO, VP Exploration, and Director of several junior Canadian mining companies.
Robert Guanzon - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guanzon brings extensive experience in dealing with financial matters and corporate strategy.
Denny Hop - Director
Mr. Hop is an independent businessman in the City of Calgary. His firm, Hop Asset Management Ltd., specializes in creating consolidated financial and estate plans for high net worth families and private business owners. Mr. Hop is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has been involved in this specialty area since 1982. He is also a partner in Uniglobe Travel (Western Canada) Inc., a travel agency regional franchise with 65 independently owned and operated agencies in Western Canada. Mr. Hop is a member of the Board of Breaker Energy, a publicly traded oil and gas company on the Toronto Stock Exchange, which will exit the 2007 year at about 5000 equivalent barrels of oil per day.
John W. Londry - Director, M.Sc, P. Geo
Mr. Londry received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Geology from the University of Windsor. For the past 30 years Mr. Londry has been active in the mineral exploration and mining industry. Mr. Londry's considerable experience encompasses both grass roots and advanced stage exploration projects throughout Canada, the United States and South America. Mr. Londry has held senior positions with Camflo, Noranda Exploration, Hemlo Gold Mines, and Battle Mountain Gold.
John Royall - Consultant, B.Sc. (Hons) P.Eng.
Mr. Royall, received a B.Sc. Honors, P.Eng., Leicester University, England in 1960 and a Diploma, University College, London University, England in 1961. He has over 30 years experience in mineral exploration in Canada, USA, Ireland, Chile, and Mexico including positions as Manager of Canadian Exploration for Union Carbide Exploration Corporation, and Director of Exploration, Precious Metal Union Carbide Exploration Corporation from 1977-1983 and General Manager Exploration and Development, Westfield Minerals Limited from 1983-1990. He is primarily concerned with the acquisition of new platinum group metal properties, negotiating acquisition terms, in addition to liaising with the company's technical consultants.
Linda Holmes - Director
Ms. Holmes has been a Canadian/U.S. Regulatory Compliance Consultant to public companies since 1994. Additionally, Ms. Holmes has served as a Director of Public Relations and Compliance Manager for over 15 years for a group of publicly traded mineral exploration companies trading on the TSX and Nasdaq. Since August 2003 Ms. Holmes has been a Corporate Secretary and Director with Companies engaged in the development of gold, uranium, and base metal projects internationally and has an extensive background with corporate governance in our industry.
Jordan Point - Director
Mr. Point has a comprehensive background in environmental law enforcement. Mr. Point's career has been highlighted from being recognized as Valedictorian and top recruit from the class and faculty at the Justice Institute of British Columbia to his continued career as a Federal Officer and as a Detachment Supervisor. As an elected First Nation Council Member for six consecutive terms with Musqueam First Nation, Mr. Point has extensive experience working in Intergovernmental affairs between Federal and Provincial Governments and First Nations. Mr. Point has a strong background in Land-Based Negotiations, and Public Dispute Resolution, as well as a keen interest in the environment and stewardship of our natural resources.
Charlotte Brown - Corporate Secretary
Ms. Brown is an administrator with over 10 years experience in both the public and private sectors with over 8 years in the mining exploration industry. Ms. Brown is currently the Corporate Secretary of Pacific North West Capital Corp. (2007-present), and was the Assistant Corporate Secretary prior to her appointment (2000-2007).
